Striker has beaten Henry's Arsenal record and nears Liverpool star's goal haul from 50 matches
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could record one of the four highest-ever goal tallies from a player's first 50 Premier League matches when he visits Newcastle United this weekend.
The Arsenal striker has scored 32 times in 49 appearances so far, and he has already beaten Thierry Henry's previous club record of 30 goals in his first 50 Premier League matches for the Gunners.
Alan Shearer and Andrew Cole lead the way after each scoring 41 times in their first 50 Premier League appearances, nine more than Aubameyang's total.
But the Gabon international could surpass Fernando Torres and Kevin Phillips, who lie one goal and two goals ahead of him respectively.
And a hat-trick at St James' Park would take the Arsenal forward level with Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah’s total.
